Magazines, reports, curricula + more
What is editing anyway? An editor sometimes takes on the role of content strategist, helping conceive and shape the “product”—from concept to completion. That means managing everything everything from who will create and supply content (text, artwork and more) and how it will be produced (print, web, mobile). For Enterprise (right) I was editor-in-chief and produced the magazine six times a year on behalf of Central 1 Credit Union.
At other times, the role is more narrowly focused on getting the grammar right and aiming for consistency, ahering to a guide such as Chicago Manual of Style, which is the work I did for the Y Mind project (right) on behalf of the Vancouver YMCA.

Trade magazines are gears to a specific sector; in this case, doctors and dentists, with columns written by experts in their profession.
